Grad - Convocation Day Schedule of Events

Yukon College 2012 Graduation Ceremony
Saturday, May 12, 2 pm at the Yukon Arts Centre

Check-in begins at 12:30 pm in the Student Services Centre. This is where you’ll don your gown, v-stole and cap.

There will be a group photo in the outside Pit at 1:30pm. After this, Grads will line up in the indoors Pit area in preparation for the procession. The doors to the Yukon Arts Centre open at 1:30pm for your friends and family.

The procession will go from Yukon College to the Arts Centre and then on to the stage. This includes some flights of stairs. Please contact our mobility coordinator Julie Hawkins by email .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or by phone 668-8894 in advance if you have mobility issues and will require assistance getting to the Arts Centre or on to the stage.

Graduation is a joyful time and cause for celebration. Please dress in clothing appropriate for the occasion. Culture-specific attire is welcome.

Refreshments will be served after the ceremony in the Arts Centre foyer.
