Refund Policy: All refunds must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase and must be accompanied with a receipt. All items must be in new condition, no markings of any kind. Shrinkwrap must be intact. No refunds on used textbooks, software or special order items.

Special Orders Policy: We require a $25.00 PLUS GST non-refundable deposit before placing special orders. Any items, unclaimed after 90 days from invoice date, will be returned to the supplier.
