HOSP 103: Leadership & Management
This course focuses on how individuals function effectively in organizations by examining leadership behaviour from individual, small group, inter-group and organizational perspectives. This course is a mix of theory and practical applications. Topics covered include communication models, strategies for effective leadership, leadership styles, motivational techniques, group dynamics and behaviour, stress management, delegation, organizational structure and change, values and attitudes and team-building.
